Step 5 – Verification and Replacement/Refund
Upon receiving your product(s), we will verify them against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement depends on stock availability.
Acceptable Return/Replacement Conditions:

Note: DERMAGLO HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any order without prior customer confirmation. We may also verify orders before shipping, which may include verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account/credit/debit card from which the payment was made within 7 business working days. Cash on Delivery orders will require customers to provide bank details for the refund.
- Refund Timeline: For order cancellations, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- For returns, the refund will be initiated after the product has been received by our warehouse and has undergone quality checks. Please allow approximately 2 weeks after the return pickup for this process to be completed.
