Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Step 1 – Initiate a Return/Replacement Request

Raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you have received a wrong or expired product(s). To do this:

  2. For damaged or missing products, please raise a return or replacement request within 24 hrs from the date of delivery.

Step 2 – Review of Your Request

Please allow us 2 working days to review your return request.

Step 3 – Pick-up Service

After reviewing your request, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.

Step 4 – Self-Shipping (If Required)

In the rare event that our reverse pick-up service is unavailable in your location, you may need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.

Step 5 – Verification and Replacement/Refund

Upon receiving your product(s), we will verify them against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement depends on stock availability.

Acceptable Return/Replacement Conditions:

You may return or replace your product(s) under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong product delivered
  2. Expired product delivered
  3. Damaged product delivered (physical damage/tampered product or packaging)
  4. Incomplete order
  5. Missing products

Conditions Under Which Returns/Replacements Will Not Be Accepted:

We cannot accept returns or replacements for:

  1. Opened/used/altered products
  2. Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
  3. Requests generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
  4. Reports of damaged/missing products after 2 days from the date of delivery

Cancellation of Orders:

Note: DERMAGLO HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any order without prior customer confirmation. We may also verify orders before shipping, which may include verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Refund Process:
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account/credit/debit card from which the payment was made within 7 business working days. Cash on Delivery orders will require customers to provide bank details for the refund.

  1. Refund Timeline: For order cancellations, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  2. For returns, the refund will be initiated after the product has been received by our warehouse and has undergone quality checks. Please allow approximately 2 weeks after the return pickup for this process to be completed.
